Jonathan and Comcast just left. Hoping all works now. So grateful that you sent Jonathan over so quickly. He truly was a life saver. Now we keep our fingers crossed that all will work perfectly. Wayne, you are truly my hero. In the past week 3 of your techs, Ryan, Scott and now Jonathan, have been here each nicer and such gentlemen. A pleasure to meet them and know them.
