I had a system installed in my car this past week and I want to tell you my Advisor Chuck Vance was excellent. Not only did he keep me informed every step of the way but made me feel so at home. I watched a movie on a great screen in a private room, had some popcorn, and showed me the newest and most innovative equipment. But, most of all the courtesy shown by him and everyone there was A+ customer service. (By the way I am a customer service manager at Publix Supermarkets – so I like to acknowledge great service when it’s deserved).
